What is 'Happiness' for you?

Happiness is a choice! It is all about your mindset. Make sure everyday, even on Monday, or when the weather is bad, to ''happy'', to do at least one thing per day that will make you smile!

What is your current creative outlet / how do you express yourself?

A color touch everyday. It can be bright yellow earing, or peachy blush!

What is something you’ve been curious about lately that you want to explore more?

My artistic side.... everyone in my family has it. I know it's in me.... creativity, painting, drawing, writing. I just need to make time for it.

What is something only your friends know about you?

That I have a bad character sometimes, really bad! But, I try to hide it!!

Who are you grateful for?

My mom! She's the reason I am the person I am today. She believed in me and taught me kindness and generosity. She is my biggest fan!!

What was the last thing that made you laugh so hard you nearly, or actually(!), fell to the floor?

I laugh all the time so this one is hard! But I will say ''a voice message that my cousin left me''. She's always so funny!

Which cultural and/or social movement is closest to your heart?

Mission Blue, a movement to take care of the world's water. Because water is life, and it needs help.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learnt so far in your life?

That your way of seeing and thinking things makes all the difference.

How would your friends describe you?

Happy, smily, funny and passionate.

What is something you’ve never told anyone about yourself? (It’s a tough one, we know!)

Nothing..... believe me, I'm an open book!

What was the biggest low that you've faced in your life so far? How did you overcome it? What did you learn about yourself in the process?

I had a sick leave, once in my life. My head was confused. I had to talk to a neutral person, a specialist, to understand and recover. I was pushing myself too much. I learned to be aware, to listen more to me, to my needs. Big lesson and not always easy to do since I always want to please everybody around me.

How do you describe yourself?

Has a passionate, a child in my heart.... everything can make me smile, the sky, a text message, a song on the radio, a quote, everything!

What's your favourite colour?

Green !

Dipping into the future now for a reflective exercise! At the end of your life, what would your 3-4 sentence obituary read about your human experience? She/he was... She/he did... She/he learnt... She/he...!

She was a great friend, a loyal friend who's always in for a rosé on a terrace. A girl that needs to have dreams, to travel, to be challenged, and to be active! She had a big dream to write a book, hope she had done it. She loved her people, deeply, with all her heart. She loved life and all life aspects.

What are you scared of?

Sickness. It is the worst thing. Being sick or have someone I love sick.

What daily practices do you do that make you happy?

Take my coffee outside, play a happy song and sing out loud, talk or write to a friend, produce at 3 top things to do per day, and stick to it! Go for or run, or at least a quick walk, spend quality time with my loved one ♥

Who is your life guru?

I had many motivaters in my life, especially in my work life, but one of them, (Daniel Fournier) told me once, ''why not you? Why YOU would not be your source of motivation, your own guru''. Since that day, I found a way to be my own life motivator and hope to motivate people around me.

Why do you feel connected to @HappyTears.ca?

It makes me smile, makes me remember how life is always full of colors, of happiness. I love the way they share their philosophy to the world!
