∎ What are your pickup hours?

∎ What is your pickup location?
Our Happy HQ is currently located at 2072 rue de Coleraine, Montreal, QC H3K 1S1.
∎ What metro stop is nearest to you?
We are closest to Charlevoix metro. A or 10 or 15-minute walk if you stop for a latté or hit a construction detour!
∎ What are your pickup hours?
Mondays and Tuesdays from 3pm to 7pm every week. Visit our Pickup Schedule for holiday updates and exceptions.
∎ What if I can't make it during the pickup hours?
Exceptions can sometimes be made. Reach out to: bonjourhi(at)happytears.ca and we'll see what we can do!
∎ What to do if no one is answering the door?
Break it down! No, but make sure to ring the doorbell so we know you're here!
∎ What are wander(bag)s made of?
Our wander(bag)'s are proudly made using CORDURA® eco-made fabric. This fabric is made with recycled polyester yarns that are specifically engineered to meet the fabric performance and durability specifications of the CORDURA® brand.
∎ What are Happy Tears backpacks made of?
Crystallized happy teardrops! Well, not yet...! Our First Gen 'Hello Happy! Daypacks' are proudly made of Recycled Polyester! In comparison to Nylon, Polyester is less prone to fading in the sun, meaning that you can shine bright with your daypack through many a good time!
While we are proud to use this eco-alternative, Recycled Polyester is a transition material we are using as we strive to produce with more sustainable materials that do not compromise the integrity of the build.

∎ Do you offer customization?
All Happy Tears orders are shipped out with a handwritten postcard, and can be customized with a personal message. A gift for a special someone, or maybe just for you? We've got you!
∎ What happens if a product is 'Sold Out'?
Well, first of all... lame! But it does happen, and there is something that you can do. Write to us with your desired colour and we'll be sure to add you to our restock list!
∎ What should I do if the product I received is flawed?
Every product that we ship is thoroughly checked for quality. That said, we're only human and sometimes the most careful eye can miss something! Send us a message and a Happy Tears team member will review your case. Having photos of your injured happy products will be handy, so have those ready!
∎ How can I wash my happy accessory?
Recycled polyester is a highly versatile fabric, but it is also known to hold body odour well, so a seasonal wash is highly recommended. Because of our leather trim detailing, we do NOT recommend putting your happy essentials through the washing machine in order to prevent wear and tear.
We have a wash method that has been tested for you:
1. Mix a small amount of dish soap or mild shampoo with water until bubbles are created
2. Using a toothbrush, skim the bubbles and apply them to your daypack or wander(bag) straps and/or dirt markings
3. Sponge the washed areas with a small amount of water
4. Hang your daypack or wander(bag) to dry, and you're ready to take on the day!
∎ Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our mission is global, and so is our community!
∎ When will my order be shipped?
You can expect your order to ship out 2-6 business days after your order has been placed. Xpresspost shipping is available and can be selected at checkout with an estimated arrival date.
∎ How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will be provided a tracking number directly via email to track your order!
∎ What happens to missing or incomplete orders?
Somewhere in the world there is a very grateful receiver of a surprise Happy Tears delivery. But rest assure, your missing order is only a temporary challenge, and we will work with you to get yours to you ASAP!
∎ Can I return a product purchased on site?
Our First Gen 'Hello Happy! Daypack' Collection is non-refundable; however, we will investigate any quality issues and replace your products if need be. We appreciate your support of Happy Tears in our early years of operation, and we are committed to continuously improving the quality of our products with your feedback!
All opened Connect Deck's cannot be returned, but we welcome your feedback on your experience.
